IT’S IMPORTANT TO BE AWARE OF YOUR MENTAL HEALTH, AND KEEP IT HEALTHY!
World Mental Health Day (10 October) is an international day for global mental health education, awareness and advocacy against social stigma.
[1] It was first celebrated in 1992 at the initiative of the World Federation for Mental Health, a global mental health organization with members and contacts in more than 150 countries.
[2] This day, each October, thousands of supporters come to celebrate this annual awareness program to bring attention to mental illness and its major effects on peoples’ lives worldwide.
[3] In some countries this day is part of an awareness week, such as Mental Health Week in Australia.
Personally l always try my best to put my mental health on check, because of l usually experience PTSD (Post traumatic stress disorder) especially when l’m stressed.
I hate stress 😭😫, l feel worst when l’m stressed out, infact l’m zero tolerance to stress.
Rate how worst you feel when you are stressed out, with life Challenges, grief, pain, agony, past painful experience, lack and want, unhealthy situation, health challenges and the likes.
1*Bad
2*Extreme bad.
3*Angry/Furious
4* Depressed.
5*Suicidal.

It’s usually trigger depression and possible Suicide 😢.
