They were all asked to dress and portraits the theme of the movie ” Beast of two worlds” reasons for their outfits, since Bob is a cross dresser, I think he has the right to contest and if the organizers find her costume fit to win the award, I don’t think there’s anything wrong with th at. Been a man or not has nothing to do with this because this is entertainment and show business. If it’s about morality, she shouldn’t have been invited in the first place
